The King’s Awards for Enterprise are the most prestigious business awards in the UK. The awards were first established in 1965 and since then over 8,000 companies have achieved a King’s Award. 2025 marks the third year of The King’s Awards for Enterprise, reflecting His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II’s by recognising outstanding UK businesses. Transmission Dynamics are proud to be one of 197 organisations nationally to be recognised with a prestigious 2025 King’s Award for Enterprise.
The King’s Award for Enterprise is a globally recognised mark of achievement. The awards celebrate the success of exciting and innovative businesses which are leading the way with pioneering products or services, delivering impressive social mobility programmes, or showing their commitment to excellent sustainable development practices.
Transmission Dynamics achieved the King’s Award for Enterprise for our innovative work in the rail industry, recognising the development and success of PANDAS-V® – our groundbreaking technology solution designed for the advanced monitoring of critical railway infrastructure.

PANDAS-V® delivers real-time, proactive insights into the condition of overhead line equipment (OLE) and the pantograph during routine operation. It detects impacts and anomalies instantly and uses AI-driven analytics to help rail operators predict and prevent faults before they lead to severe incidents and cause disruption.
Jarek Rosinski, Executive Chairman and Founder of Transmission Dynamics said, “We are incredibly proud to receive a King’s Award for Enterprise. It’s a reflection of our team’s relentless drive to innovate and solve real-world problems. This award not only recognises the impact of PANDAS-V® on rail safety and reliability, but it also shines a light on the talent and ambition here in the North East. It’s a great moment for our people and our region.”
We are excited about what’s next and are proud to continue delivering world-class solutions from the heart of the North East.
