English: Join us for an in-depth training session focused on identifying and solving common reliability and wear issues in transmission systems. Often, these problems stem not from the design of individual components, but from the dynamics of the system as a whole. We’ll explore how starting and transient torques, self-excited vibrations, and the dynamics of motors or engines and driven machines impact gearbox performance. Additionally, we’ll discuss the influence of bearings, couplings, and mounting methods on system efficacy. In the session, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of typical problems and practical solutions, along with a demonstration of advanced instrumentation for troubleshooting noise, bearing failures, vibrations, and in-service load measurements. Here's what you can expect: Addressing unexplained bearing and gear element failures Understanding the dynamics of gearbox systems Diagnosing gearbox noise and vibration issues Advanced data acquisition and analysis techniques for problem solving Gear alignment instrumentation In-service unattended load (torque) data collection techniques Case studies across various industries: rail, marine propulsion, renewables, automotive, and heavy industries. Cutting-edge condition monitoring techniques This webinar is designed for engineers, maintenance professionals, and anyone involved in the design, operation, and maintenance of gearbox systems.
